PAL Membership Requirements
 
1.   Age 13 - 18 and/or in 7th - 12th grades (During the summer, students will be considered eligible based on their last grade completed).

2.   Enrolled in school. Students attending non-traditional schools may be required to provide reference from principal to register. Students attending charter schools must provide enrollment verification.

3.   Student ID required to register.

4.  $10 annual fee. Scholarships are available for students

4.   Completion of registration from including signature of parent or gaurdian, income, and ethnicity information.

5.   Students must register in advance at City Hall at the Mall (CHAM).  Registration requires a parental or guardian signature.
