PAL Membership Requirements
 
1.  Membership registration takes place at the Community Center, Monday - Thursday, from 11 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.  (City Hall at the Mall (CHAM) closed on June 4, 2011.)  1000 Kentucky, Fairfield, CA 94533, (707) 428-7422.

2.   Membership is open to students age 13 - 18 and/or in 7th - 12th grades. (During the summer, students will be considered eligible based on their last grade completed).  Students must reside in Fairfield, Suisun, or Travis. 

3.   Student ID required at time of registration.  Students attending non-traditional schools may be required to provide reference from principal to register. Students attending charter schools must provide enrollment verification.

4.  $10 annual fee. Scholarships are available for students.

5.   Parent/guardian signature on registration form.
